1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

½ cup granola

14 berries, such as raspberries or blackberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. Stir maple syrup into yogurt.

  2. Divide the yogurt among slots of a 14-well ice cube tray.

  3. Sprinkle with granola, then press a berry onto each one.

  4. Freeze until frozen, at least 4 hours.
