1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup granola
14 berries, such as raspberries or blackberries

Cooking Instructions
Stir maple syrup into yogurt.
Divide the yogurt among slots of a 14-well ice cube tray.
Sprinkle with granola, then press a berry onto each one.
Freeze until frozen, at least 4 hours.
