The First District Health Commission Announces its Health, Wellness, Fitness & Go Red Event


The First District Health Commission would like to invite each component in the First District to partnership with the First District’s Health, Wellness, Fitness & Go Red Event to promote health and wellness in the First District and in the community. This will be a FUN, interactive event with exercise, cooking demonstrations, food tasting and an opportunity for each person to create a Wellness and Fitness Plan for 2012.
