August is Clergy and Clergy Family Self Care and Wellness Month!

Your health is very important to God. You and your family give of your time, talent and resources. For some, busy church schedules have unfortunately replaced quality family time, self-care and essential time with your spouse if you are married. Your calling in the ministry is important however balance, discipline and boundaries are also important to God. We need God, we need Jesus and we need Holy Spirit for success in ministry and to promote good health for mind, body and spirit.
